Assistant State's Attorney Openings

The Office of the Winnebago County State’s Attorney is currently seeking attorneys for its Criminal and Civil Bureaus. While full time attorneys are preferred, for the right candidate, the office will also consider part-time and/or remote arrangements.

General position description: Under general supervision, performs professional legal work within the Winnebago County State’s Attorney’s Office in various units including Misdemeanor, DUI, Traffic, Juvenile, Civil, Domestic Violence, Drug Unit and Felony. All other duties as assigned.
